Local ordinances
Jersey City — Jersey City Ordinance 22-026. In-posting disclosure; applies to employers with 5+ employees, up to $2,000 per violation. Employers with 5+ employees doing business in Jersey City must post salary/benefits ranges in job ads. Penalty up to $2,000 per violation.
