A requirement to describe benefits and other compensation alongside the pay range.
Some states require postings to describe benefits and other compensation, not just base pay. That can include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses and commissions.
A posting with a perfect range can still fail these laws if the benefits description is missing.
