PayTransparency is software, not a law firm. Its checks compare job postings with published statutes and our reading of them; they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation. Results are information, not legal advice, and using the service doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Consult qualified employment counsel before relying on a result for a legal decision. Free tools

The validator, calculator, range builder and law reference are free. We may limit how often they can be used to keep the service available, and may change or withdraw free features.

Accounts, trials and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro. No payment details are needed to start it.
• Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page. If you upgrade during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell subscribers by email before it applies to them.

Acceptable use

Only submit postings and job boards you have the right to check. Don’t try to overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service, or use it to send unsolicited email. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit. You let us process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for fines, penalties, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
