Check every Workday posting for pay-transparency compliance
Check the postings on your Workday careers site against every state pay-transparency law. Paste your myworkdayjobs.com URL to find roles missing a compliant pay range or benefits description.
Large employers on Workday often post hundreds of roles across many locations, each written from a requisition template. When the template's pay language is wrong, every posting built from it is wrong too.
PayTransparency reads your public Workday careers site and checks the open postings together, so a template problem shows up as a pattern instead of one posting at a time.
How it works
- Copy your careers site URL. It looks like yourcompany.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/careers, sometimes with a language segment such as /en-US/.
- Paste it into the scanner. Open roles are pulled from the public careers site and checked against the laws for each posting's locations.
- Fix what it flags. Each violation names the rule it breaks and what to change. Update the job posting template or requisition in Workday and re-scan.
Board URL format: yourcompany.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/careers
Workday specifics
- Workday shows a posting's pay range only if your team adds it to the posting or turns on compensation display. The scanner checks what candidates see on the public careers site.
- Roles listed under several locations are checked against each one, which matters for postings that cover a whole region.
- The scanner reads up to the first 100 postings returned by the careers site in one pass.
Questions
Do I need to give PayTransparency access to my ATS?
No. The scanner reads the same public job board candidates see. There is no login, API key or app to install, and nothing is written back to your ATS.
What does it check?
Each posting is checked against the pay-transparency rules for every place the role can be performed: whether a pay range is present and specific enough, whether benefits or bonus language is required, and whether a remote role pulls in another state's law.
