North Dakota pay transparency law

As of June 2026, North Dakota has no active pay-transparency posting law.

North Dakotadoes not currently require employers to post salary ranges. Note that you can still be covered by another jurisdiction’s law — for example, a fully remote role open to applicants in New York or Colorado may trigger those states’ requirements even if your company is based elsewhere.
