Cincinnati — Cincinnati Pay Equity Ordinance (No. 83-2019). On-request disclosure; applies to employers with 15+ employees. On-request, post-conditional-offer: employers with 15+ employees in Cincinnati must provide a pay scale on request — not an in-posting requirement.
